Zamfara, Ogun, Osun, Kaduna, Enugu, Yobe, Sokoto, Oyo, Borno, Kebbi, and Taraba are the most vulnerable to health risks. They will have to travel for at least one hour to access either a primary or secondary facility.
Others include Niger, Lagos, Ondo, and Adamawa, scoring 2 points out of 4.0 on the risk index map.
